The cookery weekend

Finally had some time to perform my favourite hobby: Cooking. Yesterday I've made a homemade pizza. Today it was the white gold: aspargus in the Dutch traditional way.


The pizza

making the dough( flour, pinch of salt and sugar, yeast and water)

fresh made tomato sauce with tomatoes, white wine, salt, peper, garlic, onion, basil and red pepper

The pizza was really delicious. No other pizza can beat a home made pizza. Or maybe a real Italian pizza baker can.


Sunday Aspargus

Have to eat them at least once a year. The season for aspargus is very short. 
with potatoes, ham, egg, parsley and a butter jus
