Goodbye warm sunny days

I think autumn has really started now unfortunately. Grey skies, a lot of heavy rain and storm. The leaves on the trees are still green, but for how long? I think they will fall of soon. One thing where the rain makes happy faces will be on  all the plants an trees because it was so dry in Holland the last couple of weeks.

This weather deserves a pie

Outside it is rainy, dark, cold, and also hail showers. Perfect weather o make a pie for dinner. Today I made this very Delicious cottage pie. The recipe of this pie is available  here: cottage pie. Already the second meal post of this weekend. That's because I miss cooking a lot since I am busy now with my Internship.  So the  two days I do have time to  cook, I do cook. I think autumn is one of the nicest moments to cook food. Wonderful pies that are rich in flavor  ingredients smell, wonderful  and keep you warm when cold with this type of weather.

When autumn was showing her sunny side

After a rainy summer, we had a Beautiful Autumn. Al it does now is raining. I still remember last years december, this day. There was a lot of snow and it was almost impossible to travel home by whatever kind of transport. Here are some nice autumn pictures. I've took them in a forest in Kleve, Germany.
